@Tucker Mason in our opinion, it depends on the Property Class/Tenant.Class A: most people can DIY manage and learn what they need to know on the fly.Class B: A bit harder, takes more time and there's more risk with maintenance and tenants.Class C: should only be attempted by EXPERIENCED landlords!

Like I said earlier, I never even attempted to get a refund from this waste of time (luckily I was weary about it from the beginning so I gave it no more than a month of my time once the lies and BS became very obvious) because I know that it would have been more trouble than it was worth.

@Jon Martin You are right , if you don t know how to market a property and get direct reservations you should not attempt to co-host or triple net lease a property.You fail to mention that leases on a property can be as long as 30 years.Long leases are a way to give both property owners and management companies favorable terMs.
