I have serious doubts that the company officers have maintained their fiduciary duty to RAD's investors in many of these related-party transactions. 

The process starts when a property owner sells their property (Commercial Real Estate, Stock, Primary Home, business, artwork or collectibles) to a trust owned by a third-party company.

If I need to sell, a SFH is a lot easier to sell than a multi-family boat anchor if you’re in a bind.

Best part is NJ is not what its made out to be in terms of landlord friendly, the state gets portrayed as the entire state being bad when really most wacky laws are in the major cities and they apply to 5 units or more.  2-4 unit multi families fly below radar per say. 

@Jason Seay  We have in our lease that all parties are responsible for the total rent. 

In a SubTo deal, one party argues "no, he told me it was all a-ok and nothing would happen, and now bank is _____, he lied to me, he's a con-man, I was conned", now it's no longer civil is it? 

No need to pay a 3rd party service for this.
