I have found a number of wholesaling companies online through Google searches that boast great deals for investors and all of them require you to sign up for their "VIP Buyers List."

I would think that if the 92% success rate was indeed true someone, somewhere, somehow would have boasted, bragged, and willingly posted something.

I personally have seen a number of investors boasting about this on social media.

But I blame the Real Wealth Network as well, as they are the broker who boast that they only work with selected (and thoroughly vetted) turnkey providers whose operations on site they have inspected.

It is very common for a hobby investor to boast of high positive cash flow when the only numbers they are accounting for are from yesterday.

We found a home in our home town that was up for auction, that clearly know one else wanted (it had been listed for a long time) and it boasted 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.  

(But at least it's not as bad as those who boast of their potential 25% CoC - on just 5% down!)

Nothing is more important than your name. ( I do no boasting of my own, I give all glory to God and through him, I can be good)

Boast if you want.. we'll cheer for your win but don't tell people that the stock market will sap your wealth. 

But down in Broward and Dade, $100k buys you a lower-end place (the area boasts many 7-figure and even a few 8-figure units).
