He does all his real estate work himself, and only buys properties in a small area around his house so he can collect rent on his bicycle.

If its in a decent area and there are shops and entertainment nearby, having a few bicycles that people could rent out by the hour or daily could encourage people to drive less and make a happier community.

What happens is companies get 2 big for their pants ( hire national PM who source) or folks penny pinch their family money....I know for a fact, if someones family buys a bicycle for child, it may come with training wheels.... 

I commute from East Orlando on a bicycle, and Altamonte Springs is a little far from me.

I bicycle through there on the reg.

We use it to store supplies, lawn mowers, etc. and the tenants have access to store bicycles, skis, etc.

The front doors in our houses get beat up from bicycles.

Bicycle tax?

@Anish ToliaYep it is worth it ...Atleast for me .stress is relative to the person being stressed because Life is what you make it .you have to alter your mindset and expectatIons to invest in these areas .if you can get in at a low price point and make a great profit each month then why not . if I have to scold a tenant once per month for leaving out junk bicycles in the yard or hanging beach towels up for curtains/ blinds then yeah I’m okay with that !

Your tenant will have vehicles (car, bicycle) or use public transit.
