Hi guys, I'm really new to the area and while I was exploring MLS I came across this listing https://www.redfin.com/FL/St-P...The price seems to be lover then median in the area, wondering if anyone knows any details on the project, any red flags that would make you stay away from it?

@Nathan OldsI think this is a question on preference - do you prefer your books in physical format or audio.I don't think there are many people who "listened" and read the two books you mentioned to give you advice on which format is better for those two books.I got Audible and got 4-5 audio books and I am going to go back to reading books(kindle).

My first Amazon search led me to only a kindle version and a hardback for $49.

Everyone please post all the great books you've found included in the Kindle Unlimited plan.  

Have gotten a Kindle recently. 

I dont see what all this i have to protect my parents stuff is all about.The House is not a beloved Dog. 

Was just about to purchase, and no Kindle edition on that book. 

@Joseph Hartley if you can't afford full price e and don't mind kindle or audio versions, you can get a lot of book for good prices.

I don't believe I can have positive cash flow if I'm purchasing a home for this price. any advice on what should do would be lovely.
