Are they teaching auditing of originations ?  

Coming from a software engineer background myself, I have peers and friends around me that are starting to get into RE (they are afraid of the stock market) and you know how the market is in Bay Area.

I don't use any 3rd party software. 

Are you using any specific software for scraping or gathering off-market leads?

It is usually dependent on the PM software used.

You can always withdraw money from your personal to LLC or vice versa, however, it's important to draft an agreement by calling it "letter of advancement" so it can be documented when you advance/lend money to your LLC or retrieve money from your LLC to your company for legal and auditing protection.

If it is your first, you don't need software just yet-- already there will be such a learning curve from how to manage your place and talking to customers.

If you don't want to use an attorney, you can make an LLC through the secretary of state website https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/information-on-starting-a... or other software platforms like zen business and rocket lawyer. 

For an STR they have software to help you determine revenue like pricelabs or Airdna.

Tsheets, Cloudshark and many other software out there.
