Certainly attainable but I would recommend to take it slow at start.

A lot for a "cruising year", but all easy to plug away at (and therefore attainable this year).

Then set some kind of attainable specific goal and work toward that goal.

If you were the bank, wouldn't you want the maximum price attainable in the current market give or take 5-10%.

The idea is that if you see red you take action to correct it.I have used it extensively for the last 6 months and find it helpful to attaining my goals.

I am grateful to be living in a country where I can go after my dreams and it is up to me to attain them!

People feel it is a large mountain to climb, but in reality it is simple if you just break it down into smaller attainable steps.One of the big things for me, is to keep positive and focused.
