Whereas you are promoting it I am assuming that you are offering properties or services there?

You should have all the contracts readily at your disposal. having been an agent for 2 years already, it's really concerning that you wouldn't readily know the contracts for such as of yet, so I have to assume you have done exceptionally little the last 2 years. 

Very generally speaking the areas of Hartford and New Haven where you can hope to attract qualified tenants (assuming that is your goal) are very expensive because most of the people with something to lose that live in these cities generally live in 2 or 3 areas.

When you say "start your own business" I assume you mean become an independent agent and then sell yourself a policy, correct?

I'm assuming that a business account would work but I'm sure there is some nuance and tips that I don't know about.Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you!!

@Dave McIntyre were you able to / are you ever able to get access to the property after winning the bid but before closing (assuming it's  a vacant property)?

With the city contemplating expanding the ADU ability to city wide, is there any benefit to doing a rezoning now (assuming successful) before the citywide expansion takes place?
