With the internet, there aren't really do overs -- most websites have other websites that grab (legally or illegally) information . . . it is pretty impossible to make anything disappear once you put it online.

Unfortunately they aren't very good for finding quality Realtors.

After two years your only profit will be the education you gained. 

If you NEED cashflow, you probably aren’t ready for real estate investing.

If that is a problem for you, you should just sell or self manage because you aren't going to find a similar level of service for a lower price.

If you aren't familiar with a particular app, don't accept it.

I also recommend you start looking for a professional property manager, at least until you educate yourself enough to run this solo.

I dunno @Mike Francis, this has come up before and I still think that you aren't going to get a ton of traffic from being on there.

There just aren't as many deals as there used to be it seems.
