I would probably inform the landlord in writing that the 2 bedrooms will be painted in an off-white like SW 7008 Alabaster.

No one can answer that because all we know is that it has 5 bedrooms and is in the Poconos.

The homes I own total to 24 bedrooms, 8 bedrooms per home (1 master and 7 shared bath bedrooms).

Reason for question: If i were to purchase a SFH  for $75k and spend roughly $175k renovating the 3 bedroom home and converting a massive garage into two 1 bedroom apartments, I believe the property would be still appraise for about $220k.

Averaging $1k/mo per bedroom which is now on the cheaper side of things.

I paid 175k for a 400 ft.² one bedroom one bath ADU.

One option I'm considering is adding the equivalent of a camelback, or second story over one side of the home, adding ~900-1000sqft and 2 or 3 bedrooms. 

To sum up: I have 5 rooms at one location and a couple bedroom is vacant.
