Sorry for the essay!

It's having two conflicting high touch businesses, with one that took 10 years of school, residency, and debt for the price of admission...and the other that takes many years to achieve meaningful scale (some of us never get there). 

the price of admission is very low for the knowledge that you get. 

We have a few clients with smaller properties in multiple states, and by their own admission they regret being so spread out, they have to manage multiple different leases for the different states/cities, they need to contract separate attorneys, property managers, etc. 

A young man in the US asks “is college worth it” meanwhile thousands of his counterparts in China and India are working day and night to try and get admission into a US college.

My damages were never considered nor mentioned, nor were the actions/breaches of the seller  (misrepresentation of the property put him in first position of breach followed by the failure to perform)  So he walks away with a clean title, which by his own admission he had been unable to attain in his years of trying.   

The way the people have gone along with everything and lapped it up like stupid fish that snap at bait is more than just a little depressing to me.Here's a great suggestion for a film for you - Mind Your Mind.If you didn't enjoy that long essay well, sorry.

Swift's essay was published in 1729 and Franklin's letter is clearly modeled after it. 

As for Airbnb, we've tried collecting there as well and after submitting pictures, receipts, explanations, 500 word essay and more, we painfully collected.

Hopefully I can explain this without typing a full essay, so I apologize if this is a long read.
