But an eviction with a paid off judgment is acceptable and honestly I think that's admirable that they paid it off.

Since imitation is the highest form of flattery, I’d start with finding people in other industries that you admire.

You want to help your family, which is admirable, but short sighted.if they can't make the mortgage, they can't make the rent. if you can make the mortgage payment with no rent, then you should just go ahead and make their mortgage payment for them.

Not many people go out of their way to answer others and try to be helpful, and you are, so I admire that.
