I may be able to replace Repuso for reviews so it may net out as equal dollars spent and solves for my number one complaint which is syncing pricing across all platforms (with added rules).  

It isn't easy, but you'll learn a lot about underwriting from the process and know the ins and outs of the entire model, which makes using it, troubleshooting it, and adding to it much easier.

Maybe adding a camper spot as well?

Exception being, I'm adding pools to mine. 

I manage a small rental portfolio that I am slowly adding to, and also have a few flips going at all times. 

My understanding is profit from lending is considered "taxable income" and is therefore added to your income and subject to your normal tax rate after all deductions, etc.

Example, A+ neighborhood 5 minutes away is seeing gentrification and someone buys a property that is in a D area, but maybe in 5 years they will still be holding that property and now that area is seeing a lot of growth.

From a scaling standpoint, for at least whoever is doing the books, Buildium is far behind in this and is adding time and/or cost for these added tasks that need to be done.

These were people who seemed more interested in adding an investment to their portfolio than really operating a business.

What other concepts could be added to list of options?
