Of course, the police basically told her to stuff it.Oddly, she claimed that the Marshals who had served her every step of the way were actors hired by us to harass her, and that all of the court paperwork was forged.She genuinely looked stunned when everyone showed up and started moving her.Ah well, it's over.

I am not sure if that came with the JOBS Act or not, but it is what I have heard.The rub is that when the SEC issued their opinion on things late last year they now want people to have to verify accreditation if they publicly solicit money under the new Act.

I went to the 3 day seminar in Garden Grove,CA, very little info and mostly upsell.Paul was the speaker and knew how to push his stuff pretty well, quite a few signed for the mastery program, or perhaps they were actors and made you feel like you were missing out by not doing the same thing.

Trina, my property manager, looked them up and they don't exist.The police REFUSED to act or intervene as this 'tenant' had a lease and said the only way to remove him is to file for eviction through the courts which will take 60 days.Trina is getting power and water turned off straight away to make it less comfortable for the guy.

I sort of jokingly referred to my strategy as being like Warren Buffet's, where he uses the steady cash flow from insurance companies to buy distressed assets or companies that need some turnaround, like he did in the crisis, but I think that's being too generous.. lolI'm sure I'll also get some grief for "speculating" on appreciation, but I have a thick candy shell, so don't worry about it ;)
