While it may not have been to the letter of the law, all the tenants on leases cared about was their rent not going up, that we acknowledged they had paid a SD, and that we did not change when their lease was completed.

The agreement can be as simple as to say the 'property owner A' and property owner 'B' hereby acknowledge the proximity of their respective driveways and affirm that neither property has any easement right/necessity over the other.The concern here from a lender/title perspective is the ability to claim a prescriptive easement right.

The tenants did not acknowledge any issues they are having and my take away is current owner is hands-on based on the condition of the property.
