For the reasons stated above, it made sense not to advertise the loft as a bedroom because there's no door and considerably less privacy (we do have egress via large windows).

Hi all,I tried Magicplan and found that it could not create a floorplan using my Android tablet's sensors as advertised and it's room-focused approach made doing a manual plan very difficult.So I thought I'd see if anybody has any recommendations.. here's my wish list:1) runs on android2) can either: scan walls to create a floor plan as I walk through a property, OR, allows me to enter in exterior walls, fix them in place, and then add rooms within either as walls or objects.Bonus:3) can send the plan to something that runs on Windows for further editingI'm looking forward to whatever you got!

This seems like a great opportunity to take abandoned strip malls or motels and convert them to residential.

If their process is just, ‘here’s the house, now it’s your problem,’ then they’re clearly not delivering what they advertise.

Include it in your advertising.  

Real demand vs advertised demand is wider than folks are giving credit for.
