The aluminum siding is also quite dated and ugly so our plan is to replace it in hopes to bring up the value.

Here are some things that can become issues from an insurance perspective:When looking at the properties here are some things to look out for from an Insurance prospective:1.Any in-ground tanks (active or inactive)2.Any Knob & Tube or Aluminum Wiring3.If built before 1978, does the building have Lead Safe certifications4.Any wood stoves or secondary heating units.

I used PBR Construction out of Revere on my triple decker in Eastie for removing and replacing all vinyl, wrapping the windows in aluminum, and replacing decking/railings on the porches.
