If you are having trouble sourcing either over a years-long period I agree selling makes the most sense.

There are situations that they can source better value products from larger suppliers such as HVAC units or plumbing supplies, and we are ok with that.

A bit of cross-marketing can hedge your bets.At the end of the day, ALE is a solid lead source, but only if your property ticks all their boxes.
