Set the expectations from the beginning on how they need behave, or expect nothing but problems once they take possession.

Does this mean that the buyer may not legally take possession of the property until the deed arrives?

Tenant was evicted legally, filed for write of possession since tenant was still there, sheriffs office came out and removed the tenant.

I can only imagine how this relationship would be if you hand over keys and possession to this prospective resident…
