Sort of like how you walk into old houses with pink bathrooms from the 70's or 80's.

Small fun fact about us...we love to bring smiles to others...we have a singing telegram business and dress up like hot pink gorillas, hippos wearing tutus or big yellow chickens and run around Oklahoma singing to people for special occasions bringing laughter everywhere we go!!

When you say "super outdated and ugly", I imagine you are talking about much older bathrooms, like those with lime green or pink tile and fixtures?  

I've discovered - for the pink fluffy batt insulation anyway - that you can hire a company to provide and install the insulation cheaper than you can buy the insulation yourself.

I personally like orange and pink... because yellow and white are so overdone... 

The house appraised at roughly what I paid for it back in 2011, even though I've improved it greatly (got rid of a hot-pink kitchen, lime-green carpet is now beautiful hardwood floors, and it has a brand new roof).

I just had the situation with a bad tenant, who threw a whole gallon of pink enamel paint against the house.

And I realize things are generally much better than when the robber barons were in charge, and a lot better here than many other places in the world.

My assistant looks it up on the county website ... and WHOA ... it's an old Lumber baron's mansion. 4500 square feet. 8 bedrooms. 5 bathroom.

Chances are he doesn't have pink slips.
