New construction duplexes and fourplexes are primarily being built on the NE side of town (Universal City, Converse) with a couple of infill new construction peppered throughout San Antonio.

Hi @Cheryl Pepper, I guess I'm in the minority but I usually buy home warranties when I purchase a house because I don't know the history of the house and lots of things can go wrong once you take ownership. 

Just last month, we were in a property where they punched out every single wall, then for good measure, got a broom handle to pepper the ceiling with holes.

I'm sure this thread will get peppered with nonsensical "I don't feel it's crashing posts anyways...because emotions matter more than facts...

Sewer is not close enough to pepper my property with 22 homes but can be short platted with boundary line adjustments. 16 homes max provided all the soil logs test good.
