Same thing as Bankrate for example they use a very specific model to price those rates and scenarios like 740 Fico, 70LTV, 15 year term and the APR is never really talked about when it comes to margin and points charged.So when your fico score, LTV, loan size or DTI deviates from that very specific loan scenario then they say in all websites required by law "rates are subject to change" hint hint!

Perhaps it is hard for people from the states to understand - but the rule of law, and clarity in regulations etc really makes it so much more attractive than other places where you never know what new policies might come into effect forcing you to take massive loses etc.

The tenants are currently in court with a title dispute so the house would have to be paid for cash only.I would like to convert it to a primary residence and turn the garden level into a separate two bedroom apartment for use as an in law suite.
