Was just about ready to pull the trigger on one of the many courses that are offered out there, particularly Pace Morby’s, but after reading several posts full of reactions to the question “should I join and pay for a course?”

Not only have they taken all of those steps, they have taken subsequent steps in less than a week.

However, after their "exhaustive" search of thousands of lenders they partner with, they were only able to offer me one loan. 

Out of the blue, one of them gave only two weeks' notice via email that he would be moving out at the end of December 2024 -- and he did.

I don't know about you but I am constantly on the hunt for consistency, consistency of income, of deals, of productivity, in my relationships...so that's my focus in all things not just real estate.So my vision to your question is a a state of total consistency of income and deals.I'm focused on the basics, which to drive me is even more specifically "making offers."
