I like areas like North Hilltop, Franklinton, Reeb-Hosack, and Driving park. 

North of Stan Schluter Loop you have older homes and multifamily properties.

My main focus is Class B and maybe some C+ properties around NE Columbus, as well as outside 270 from the North to the east side.

ya I got totally home runned on a 40 lot development I was doing just north of town was in the county but the polictics are the same. 

I do not agree with others that the north side is overpriced.
