You will pay $1100 (hopefully this will cover what remains of PITI as insurance in Florida is costly), maintenance/cap ex ($400/unit), pm (or do the work of the PM), Misc (book keeper, umbrella policy, office supplies, etc). 

Right now we have pipeline/portfolio tracking, workflows to keep you on track, bookkeeping, team and task management, analysis and other tools.

As a matter of fact they are a must for proper bookkeeping, PMs are supposed to send the property owner detailed reports to show how the property is performing.

I use QuickBooks Online for all of my bookkeeping clients and can invoice tenets directly from there.
