I was raised not far away from you in Cochranton, which is southeast of Meadville by 10 miles.    

I was looking in Southeast Nashville in the Fair Oaks, Hickory Valley Estates area which is north of Lenox Village.

Hi, I am considering gutting my 3-bdrm rental house and building a 6-plex Class C that caters to the working families in South East Houston. 

A major player here just announced a $34M investment in the region(southeast columbus).

So far that does not seem too easy too find locally, so I am looking at midwest/southeast markets to find SFRs or MFRs to be managed professionally. 

I know that I'm not exactly getting in at the best time historically, but as the best time to buy real estate was yesterday, and the second best time is today, it's better late than never.With that, I would greatly enjoy the opportunity to take any current MHP owners in Southeast Michigan to coffee or lunch.

I'm located in Nebraska, where if they decide not to pay their bill the city can place a lien on the home. 

I am really struggling to decide what market I want to start off in with the choices being between my own back yard (suburbs of west Chicago), Madison / Southeast Wisconsin area, or Indianapolis.  

I've also gotten in house appraisals from some of the local banks, Union Bank and Trust and Cattle Bank here in Nebraska when I was shopping around.
