But to be competitive in this field your are talking about competing with the best of the best at places like Goldman Sachs, who hire MIT, Chinese, and Indian Ph.d's to move billions about making profits consistently off billion dollar transactions.

Other areas on the rebound are Boston-Edison District, Corktown, Woodbridge, Indian village, East English Village, The New Center, University District and a few other neighborhoods.

What about Indian Village, Grosse Pointe and the other fancy areas?

If it were any of my Indian properties I'd cash the check, use the debris removal coverage over limits to remove the debris and sell the lot.

As far as Worcester, mainly I am looking around Elm Park, Indian Lake, and over between Worc State and Salisbury St. but am considering other areas too, including some towns around Worcester.
