The whole foundation system is modular and installs in 1 day.We do meet state and city requirements and have approvals in Sonoma, Marin, and a few other counties as well as working to get approval for a primary dwelling in Mill Valley and Fairfax.The structure can be disassembled and moved easily because of how it's designed but it's far too big to be considered "mobile". 

My husband and our business partners are transitioning out of the Marine Corps in the next 6 months to 9 months (currently based out of San Diego, CA.) 

Things are very different block by block (similar to any major urban city I would say) so seeing the nieghborhood (even if viewing it on Google Maps) is key for me.Originally posted by @Anthony Marin:@Leonel Vanegas @Joseph GordonI've been investing in Newark, NJ for the past 7 years.
