I'm very bummed I couldn't make it; it sounds like it was a big success (and they need a new venue because so many people came).

There are plenty of legal sign venues but these people that use them (in my areas) in my opinion are cheap (not frugal) have no regard for the law, do not disclose their full agenda and affiliations,  are full of half truths and unscrupulous to begin with.

I was more thinking an influx of fresh restaurants, some more music and bar venues, some art & pedestrian stuff..

Just busy supervising rehab, leasing up units, and planning the big RE Networking Summit later this year (putting down deposit today on venue!).

I started my company with the intention of managing property but as things progressed, my team turned out to magnificent at leasing.

Hello BP goers, I’m gathering up the courage to purchase my first investment.I’m currently looking at an old nursing home property and considering converting it into an event venue with attached rooms which would be included in a package deal.It’s a 70+ bed (likely 2 beds/rm) 2 story zoned b-1 (general business).

This sure seems like a great venue to do that. 

I am looking at starting an event venue.

First, check to see what it says about the venue of the lawsuit.

I Love FFREIA and would never think of competing with their Thursday night meetings:) I do see a need for a venue where us "outlying" investors can network.
