The nerve of this guy is maddening.

There was someone advocating on another thread to use skip-tracing for this, but we experienced people just shook our head.

@Christopher Madden you're right on the part that a lot of it comes after experience with the first couple deals.

What if we shook hands and agreed to the following (some specifics can be modified):I fund his deals out of my 401k, and he funds my deals out of HIS 401kWe offer each other identical terms and the same amount of money (say, $50K)Private, secured notes by the real estate that is being improvedWe should probably both do our due diligence on each other's deals, to make sure there is sufficient equity to get paid back on our loansTerms such as: interest only, 6%, one year balloon, to be re-paid upon sale or re-finance of the property, with option to extend/re-finance after one year (in case the unexpected happens).  

I'm looking to learn.This is maddening really.   

I watch some Meet Kevin as well (though he tends to add as many Youtube commercials in his videos as possible which is maddening). 

Its maddening but I remember that one of the reasons I'm successful Is their lack of professionalism, so its a double edge sword that I now embrace. 

Feedback - One of the things that is maddening to me - both here and through e-mail and in-person - is when you give time, thoughts, advice, strategy, etc, and you never get any feedback from the person who asked.
