We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........

@Stewart Thompson The short answer is you can do quite a bit through adaptation.I once watched a flipping show where the principle was in a motorized wheelchair he had other be his eyes on areas he could not get into.There is a certain amout of phone and computer work in this industry.

It may be that the fan motor in the heating unit is not turning, which can be caused a bad motor or an electrical fault in the unit, but it is likely if the breaker has tripped that the Air Conditioning System would shut down entirely so you would not have cool air in the vent.

hi adam. basically, a mobile home has a title just the same as a car. a house has a deed, a legal description for the land at the county court house, etc. the mobile home is titled like a car and is recorded at the state level, much the same as any motor vehicle. what you need to watch out for is the park that it sits in. what you are talking about doing is called subleting. some parks do not allow it. they will not let you own a mobile home in their park and rent it out to someone else. you need to check with the park on that one first.

Sam Leon my lease reads like this, paragraph 33, vehicle policy, "the tenant agrees never to park or store a motor home, camper, or any sort of recreational vehicle on the premesis and to park only "x" automobiles, license plate number "xxx-xxx" make of automobile, __________ only on the paved area provided in the designated and labeled parking spots.

@Orlando Paz  In most states a Mobile Home is considered a Motor Vehicle and has a title that is identical to a Vehicle so they are easy to transfer ownership, but counties will tax the MH annually.
