Aside form a burst water line or no furnace in the winter most repairs can wait till I get there on my own time.I do not trust tennats to interface with contractors so will normally arrange to be there on site .. depends entirely on the problem but I do 99.9% of all repairs myself.  

If you are really concerned about the interface being friendly or not, just check out the tonnes of Youtube videos, that even shows you different strategies of buying the best lists.

I just got some from Staples.com, the design interface was identical to VistaPrint, but the prices were a little cheaper.

The Purlem interface is also a very simple and intuitive one.

I am currently using them and I have no complaints-good content and an easy interface.

Something that keeps everything organized and has a simple User Interface.

and are there any good property management apps that are mobile and a good interface between owner and PM (as opposed to interfaced between PM & Tenant)?

Best I figure so far looking how the two would interface is I can import an image or view from SU then text or dimension over it.

Easy to use interface without all the deep customization that I honestly don't need.

A large property with a good management company can still fail under a bad owner.This means that you'll most likely have to cut your teeth on smaller properties, which will challenge you and educate you as you interface with management companies of lesser sophistication.
