Bill Tan’s Arcadia meeting attracts 100 investors in all shapes and sizes and has been excellent for us.

Maybe a medium taupe (tan w/gray in it) for the body of the house, and a gray door.Though, in enlarging the picture I can't see the colors clearly enough.

I was thinking painting it fire engine red (my walls are taupe, baseboard trim white, and floors oak stained walnut) and thought of painting the tongue and groove behind it white (or the taupe) as well, but not 100% sure on color scheme, as i want the FP to be the focal, and not have too many colors going on. the living room is decorated with tan/chocolate, hints of red etc....

I have a house where there was white and lighter tan colored paneling that I left in place as accent walls, since it was only on one wall in the rooms that had paneling; looked OK with SW Softer Tan paint on the other walls.

The photo makes it look yellow but it's actually a lot more tan.

The rugs went from a light tan color to black and red(the spaghetti sauce).

If dark brown isn't your style, then just make sure to stay away from white or light tan.

My legs are pretty white, no tan yet.
