When you talk to them there will be stories like....I own the house on one side of that lot and my mom on the other, so now we'll own the middle lot and plant a garden or build a garage or something.   

A$4 gallon of Clorox is now $11 at Home Depot.

If I mark up materials 30% thats probably what they would pay at Home Depot or the lumber yard , They will probably pay more  , and pay for delivery . 

She is also my neighbor so I have been bringing her organic produce from my vegetable garden (she loves that) and even helped dog sit her dogs for free.

Also, if you have property in an LLC, they can file suit against the owner of the LLC, you, the property manager, the maintenance man, and the gardener if they want.

They are about $30-40 from a home depot or Lowes. 

While SU is a huge driver for the area, we have a lot of other economic drivers, including the two new Amazon facilities, but also newer companies such as TCGPlayer and Spincar, along with a multitude of new drone companies which are here for the expanding Tech Garden and the drone corridor which runs from Syracuse to Rome, NY.  

Agreed with @Gregory Schwartz, the gifts with a personal touch are the most memorable.Gifts related to their hobbies/interests are the best.I typically land at $50-200.I work with a lot of clients who buy properties that need work, so I usually throw in a Home Depot gift card with a handwritten note.All the best!

I agree with Theresa on the gardener bills.

We love intown living and our ideal situation is a house with some character in a diverse neighborhood with community gardens, BeltLine, etc.We have heard and seen an opportunity on the Westside (Grove Park, West End, Adair Park, Capitol View / Perkerson Park, and some streets in Mozley Park) with all of the exciting developments that are planned or in progress.
