In Washington State charted credit unions can fund marijuana dispensaries while Federally chartered banks still stay away from what the feds call "drug money laundering.Bill Gates will not need an appraisal on a rental purchase and pretty much find it easy to fund a 90% purchase.

yup commercial lenders are community banks.. their missions statement is to suppor the community.. their charters generally prohibit loans to anyone living out of their foot print.. not always.. but generally .. commercial loans like these dont report to fico either.

I was hired to work at Intrawest on the Westin Verasa in Napa as the Director of Sales, and then traveled to San Diego to operate the resale brokerage at the Hard Rock Hotel, and then to Cabo San Lucas, where I led the sales team for the Auberge du Soleil property at Punta Ballena.The real estate crash coincided with a decline in my enthusiasm for the real estate lifestyle, and so I went back to teaching, and taught at a great charter school in Reno Nevada, the Honors Academy of Literature, as well as in Amador County California.Now, I find myself back in the real estate field.
