I am realistic about the market when making offers and do not just low-ball everything unless it is warranted.

The other big issue about being an "investor-friendly" agent is that investors expect the agent to chase their tail by driving around looking at every potential home the investor sees on Zillow and then make a bajillion low-ball offers for them "just to see if they stick".

I do not require a crystal ball to look at these facts and realize that many residential purchases purchased at this time will need some good fortune (luck) to provide the returns I seek.  

I plan to get at least 3 quotes but I just thought this was a low ball estimate in today's cost.

Chances are the two offers are investors (or wholesalers) trying to low ball her.
