@Janne Zaccagnino  have to be careful giving out your account number and letting them do their own deposit.. .not for what you think  IE theft... but in Oregon for instance if you are having a problem with a tenant and say they owe 1000 in rent and they make a deposit in your account for 500.... its deemed accepted and you have to start eviction all over again.. very cunning little trick professional tenants use in Oregon.The idea that not every single US citizen does not have a checking account is totally lost on Australians who do everything electronically.

HSBC it might have been  but you needed to put $100k or $500k I think, again it was a few years back,We dealt with a lot of Australian investors. .
