Nashville is a very pocketed city when it comes to neighborhood quality especially in relation to crime rates, overall aesthetics or available amenities.

I explained everything in my appeal, including some details to show them I really wasn't into any shady posting. 

Flip for money back quick seems appealing but further down the road I want some cash flow.  

Our primary value-add was a full renovation to modernize the property and increase its appeal.

The thought of having to chase a 2nd bill isn’t appealing especially if the bills are in my name and there isn’t much recourse on my end to force the issue.

@Rw PastoreBoth NNN properties and DSTs are passive investment vehicles that are appealing to people looking to retire and that no longer want to actively manage property. 

We've been to 38 of the big 63 National Parks; both Hot Springs and Broken Bow, which kind of cater to that same crowd, ever seemed appealing enough to visit.It doesn't mean that they are bad places to invest, but the anecdote needs to corroborate the data for me to want to cut a check and stress out for several months hoping it will work.

I am trying to get a neutral scheme that will appeal to a range of tenants, and by doing so leaning towards a more natural or darker wood look instead of a grey for the floors but there are a bunch of color options.Any opinions or tips in the matter are much appreciate, and if anyone has used this color scheme with Lifeproof flooring before that would be great!

Hey Harrison,I have almost two months or so in this real estate wholesaling journey (which basically makes me a rookie as well) and also graduated from college back in April from computer science, but I can tell you that this industry is much more appealing due to its potential.

However, I noticed that most homes in the neighborhood have vertical fences.Do you think it’s advisable to go with a horizontal design, or would it be better to stick with a vertical style to maintain consistency with the neighborhood aesthetic?
