Google Adwords or youtube with SEO.

(Such as landing pages/ squeeze pages, Blog posting, SEO, PPC, Adwords, Professional facebook page, Social Media, Instagram, Tweeter, Linkedin, Lead Generations, CRM, Phone system, Hiring VA, Training VA, Craigslist, Lead Generations, IFTTT, Zapier, Globiflow, Podio, Zoho, CRM, InfusionSoft, PipeDrive, Investor Carrot, Lead Propeller, ...etc.

They can bypass the marketplace platforms but they are left to market on their own, and investors don't sign up organically without some marketing costs for Google adwords, referrals, etc.  

I also just started doing adwords, which I like a lot, I'm also driving for dollars, and just had 5,000 door hangers come in.

Websites are a waste of money unless you're going to spend money on ad words to promote it.

Google adwords won't allow you to link your ad to anything that looks like a squeeze page.

You might try advertising via Adwords to gmail users who are discussing home sales, or who mention your competitors in their email conversations.

If you are going to do a website (you should) you can now look into Google adwords and SEO. 

That way u can see what works and what doesnt.Theres 3 main ways u can market.Direct Mail (You send a mail piece to a person's house from a list), Bandit Signs (Put them by major intersections; stick to weekends so u dont get in trouble) and Google Adwords (When someone types in like "We buy houses" and they enter their information, call them back and find out their situtation.)3rd, When people call in, find out motivation and set an appointment.
