I have a background of  8 years of  U.S military experience and wonder how it can translate into the Real Estate industry. 

How my day trading background will translate into my real estate investing goals - I'm still not 100% sure, but I'm getting there.

I know you said that you contribute it to name recognition, but how did that actually translate into more deals, especially since you don't like doing marketing.  

Each bedroom is leased for say $350 so a 4 bedroom home brings in $1400 when each bedroom is occupied which translates to zero rent loss and even a gain in some comparable circumstances.If you don't live in a student area try to find a way to sell this idea to potential tenants and you might surprise yourself.

This translates into "if you make two groups of BP users- ones that do exactly what I do and everyone else- the everyone else group are all doing it wrong".:)

This loan is an incredible tool because it allows you to purchase a property that needs work, which usually translates into a better deal if you buy right, eliminates the requirement that you were a landlord for 2 years, gives you a low rate, and in my opinion, the best part is that you gain renovation experience with a consultant that's on your side.

The process becomes more complicated because multiple documents need to be translated into English, but at that the end of the day I have yet to be turned down for a mortgage.

Can someone help me translate this?  

I only ask in exchange for being your hands and feet that I may be a fly on the wall to hopefully translate my skills into assets that will help me in my future investment endeavors.In addition to this, as I said earlier, I am looking into my first deal which I hope to make by the end of the year.

I am from New Jersey where home prices are fairly high, which obviously translates to higher down payments on conventional mortgages.
