Hi @John OConnor, I started watching Mike Zuber on One Rental at a Time on YouTube and my wife has been thrilled with the content.

I have spoken to a gentlemen who holds a second position mortgage on the property and he sounds like he would be thrilled to get any money.

Does anyone have any experience with a casino being built in their area and the effects that it had on your community after, both positive and negative?

i want to do what has the best success rate . the stock market just scares me . i feel like im outside a casino watching someone else gamble with money and i have know control . that money didn't come easy . if i could get it out with out the huge penalties i would have done so years ago .

Hey @Ricardo Murph II,So, Ill lead off by saying that I've been a self employed tile professional for about 10 years now and I've done everything from the backsplash for the little old lady next door here in Massachusetts to our current project renovating 1150 bathrooms for one of the casino resorts in Connecticut and your question is one I get quite frequently.  

I do it for the experience, thrill, rush in face of failure. 

I've read a ton, I have learned alot and I am just thrilled to get going!

I could tell they casino personnel were irritated, and saw that they quickly put an "out of order" tag on the machine.How did you get 12 years?

Hey Bigger Pockets,Many of us in the capital district are aware of the new casino being built in Schenectady, New York. 

I contacted the local fire department and the Lt. was thrilled with the idea.
