His studio apartment was quite small and felt even smaller due to the ominous presence of a giant cross made out of heavy hand-hewn timbers, which he would haul around the courtyard and perimeter of the apartment complex nightly while wearing not much besides an actual crown of thorns, while drinking red wine and flagellating himself with a leather whip, reliving the blood sacrifice that redeemed us all as a way to thank Jesus for delivering him from the box of snakes (and freaking out the other residents in the apartment complex in the process, although weirdly they all just kind of ignored him). 

It's a valid perspective, not to be dismissed, my $0.02.Even your younger 3 or 8 year Realtor is rolling their eyes (even if you don't see it) when you start making significant sacrifices or trade-offs over $14.22 per month per hundred grand, and they've seen only a fraction of what Realtor Gramps has seen. 

And I would really sacrifice the rent amount ($1250 instead of $1275), if it meant locking them in for a year.  

I believe people get wrong most often the idea that success can be achieved without sacrifice.

Wayne Yates I can understand the reservations, but I think the temporary sacrifice would be worth it if you take advantage of it and do something meaningful with the money you save.

The majority, if not all, of the members on this site are here to make money and are doing so through sacrifices that include saving their own money to invest in these properties.

You still get counter space, and only sacrifice a lower cabinet.

It’s nail holes and it’s my very first property so with all the sacrifices I did to get this one, I’m protective of it.

Having properties paid off in short order is a beautiful thing if you do not have to sacrifice all of your cash flow.
