I love your vision and I know how to get s*%t done!

You guys are taking your first steps towards your vision and I am happy for you.

She will eventually starts to see your vision and your goal which by then everything will go smoother.

I did ultimately end up flipping a house, and he gave me a bid on the job, but I didn't end up using him because our visions didn't exactly match up. 

I believe in well-written and comprehensive business plans.The problem is, when you are "new" to a venture, you often do not have the specific knowledge or the global vision to write an effective and comprehensive business plan by yourself.

I would figure out my mission and vision and what drives me prior to taking the plunge!  

Normally the buyers do not have the vision of what you are going to do to the property so you never really get the sale. 

Because the individual is following a vision of themselves that will change with time, or perhaps a fad or someone else's dream for them.

Unfortunately most people in business don't have the vision or understanding of the entire business processes for any given business they are participating in. 

As an investor & owner of a property management business myself I have a slightly different vision on some things.
