Our most recent flip was purchased for 226k (plus 9500 in seller concession) with 31k rehab costs that sold for 308 with no seller concession (7% more than any house that had ever sold in the neighborhood).We are also doing some really innovative stuff with videos and marketing for our sales (my last buyers husband bought the house without the wife ever setting  foot in the house until after closing)We are getting ready to sell some investment property we have been holding and raise our flipping volume up and we are looking for an investor/financial partner.

@Keivan Darius  I am not a big graphs guy maybe I should have been would have saved me a few million in 08.however as it relates to SFR housing.. there is no building boom at this time.. starts are still way down.. and that was one catalyst for the last crash.. think of all the hangover inventory you had in FLA GA NV AZ Central CA.etc etc..
