I would assume that if it is assigned, then the seller would need to provide the TISH for the assignee, and so I would facilitate the completion of the TISH report as part of the service of being a wholesaler.

I am simply trying to expand the dimension of our discussions from the "whats" to the "whys"...The whys facilitate progress.

Become a facilitator, in other words you hook up deal makers and you can make 6+ figures just in referral fees or commissions per deal.

Again you will gain knowledge and be in the mix, you can save $ on your own deals and facilitate deals for others while you line your pockets all the while expanding your network.
