I've always been interested in building a large 10 or so unit of large shop bays with separate entrances and utilities.

Each two stories, 2 bed, 3 bath, private entrance, large patio / outdoor space and is just finishing up getting fully renovated.

Some of these you maybe able to add a separate entrance from the front for the top two floors and a separate entrance from the side for a bottom floor.

Just curious what the entrance fee is
