If you start bumping up against that financing deadline you can always submit and addendum asking for the deadline to be extended.I'd also recommend having a couple different hard money guys that you can shop against.

I would get as many inspection days as you can to allow investors to get in there and see it. 7-10 days will work fine.You could have it as a bidding war with everyone there or allow people to make an offer before a time deadline
