Step 2) Have them set the SSID (name of the network) and the encrypted password (for that same network) as identical to the locks (or whatever IoT you plan to use).When the contractor (or whomever) comes up to the door, they should be able to turn on their HotSpot and the door lock would automatically associated to that HotSpot and connect because the SSID and the password are an exact match.

From what I'm seeing, they're identical in that they offer the same ease of restrictions that would otherwise need to be satisfied in order to acquire regular financing (such as credit, DTI, employment history, etc).
