How much would it cost to rebuild?

Yeah, that's going to have issues.All the good GCs in the Bay Area are busy rebuilding homes destroyed in all the Northern California fires, for people with deep pockets thanks to fire insurance payouts. 

It ended up trusses were broken and had to be rebuilt,  walls were out of whack, and we ended up going through the entire home bottom to top and repairing, rebuilding, etc. 

Michael, in my neck of the woods I see RE investors rebuilding neighborhoods, creating jobs, reopening storefronts that have been closed for years, etc.

So very, very sad.In Santa Rosa the first certificate of occupancy was issued on a rebuild about six weeks ago, so we're talking 7-8 months for the first completed rebuild. 

Another option could be a buy/tear down/rebuild project.

So in turn SOME wholesalers are trying to rebuild their image or give people a new idea of how wholesalers operate.

When we insured our properties, we asked insurance companies about what they'd expect to pay per square foot for a total rebuild (if the building was a total loss), and based our insurance coverage on that.

I then will not have the patience or drive to rebuild. 

The second one looks more like a renovation, the first one looks more like a complete rebuild.
