I would deal with all of those losers screwing up my place, it would be a pleasure compared to buy and hold and waiting for 10 years to monetize your returns.  

Wouldn't it be interesting if places like this had a pool, hot tubs, and a steam room--like a club.Mix business with pleasure...Do business from the hot tub--like Austin Powers.

Certainly with that group of advisors a newbie investor can’t go wrong.Anyway, it is a pleasure to have new friends/colleagues all across the US.

Artists...musicians...photographers....actors....dancers....etc.I don't descriminate against ethnicity or age or skin color or family status or country of origin or sexuality.....we have a total mix of everything.

You CAN dig it with your bare hands--but the shovel will make a much more pleasurable experience.
